Physical Therapist - PT - Now Hiring


Our client, an outpatient occupational medicine clinic with six locations in California, is seeking a physical therapist to work full time with 12 or less patients per day. Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift (must be flexible to meet patient and clinic needs.) This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries, pre, and post-surgical injuries and conditions, and workplace wellness and injury prevention. Part time work is also available.


Compensation &a; Benefits of the Physical Therapist


  • $115000 Based on Experience
  • New grad starts at $90000 with tuition loan forgiveness of $5k/year for 5 years
  • PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, continuing education allowance, and 401k.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist


  • Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
  • Updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises, home programs, and patient education.
  • Maintain open communication with the patient, supervising therapist, and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient&s;s plan of care and progress.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications


  • Experienced PT or New Grads Accepted - Remote Mentorship available
  • Outpatient experienced is preferred but training available
  • California state PT License
  • Degree from PT Accredited College
  • MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP.)
