Responsibilities:
Directly supervises crisis counselors.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Case management and crisis counselor responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Requires a valid CA Drivers License and 3 years driving experience.
Bilingual Spanish and English.
Ability to work on Saturdays.
Ability to hold a crisis hotline overnight for up to 4 days per week.
COVID19 Vaccination has a COVID19 vaccination policy in place.
Proof of vaccination is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
